Mag@Zone first started in 2013. Having already created "Smash Hits Remembered", a site featuring full issues of the iconic U.K. Pop music magazine and "Kids From Fame Media", a site dedicated to the 80s TV show "Fame", our nostalgic retro vibe was in full swing.
This started us to look at other magazines that we'd loved during our childhood and teenage years, which spurred us on to setting up a site where people could download those magazines. Thus Mag@Zone was born.
Over the last couple of years we've expanded the site to include comics, annuals, tour programmes and fanzines featuring some of our favourite musical artists and TV programmes from the past.
For the most part the files are stored on our Facebook page, as it was the easiest and cheapest option but we are looking at ways to improve the reading experience. So we've decided it was time to add a blog to our repertoire and new posts here will be in Flipbook format (if we can get it to work!) so people can easily see what new items have been added to the site.
